BELIEVE ON HIS WORD

Reading: 1 John 5:1-13
NATS: I write these things to you, that you who believe in the name of the Son of God, know that ye have eternal life (1 John 5:13)

Many people who truly believe in Christ has challenged the safety that they enjoy. Although repentance and faith in Jesus as the Messiah, they are still wondering to myself, "Will I really go to heaven?"
My husband, the late Bill, often recount the events he had experienced when he was two years old. One day when he does not obey, he wandered out of the house and get lost. As I realized that Bill is gone, his parents went looking for him. They were so relieved when I finally find Bill who was crying. Then they were brought Bill home in a safe state.
A few days later, Billy heard his mother tell this incident to a guest. When got to the part that tells the story of their quest against him, Billy began to think of the experience. "Mom, Mom!" she sobbed. "Is she really used to find me?" Somewhat surprised and deeply moved by Bill doubt, the mother hugged him and said, "Sure, kid! Do not you remember the happiest moment? Now you're with us, and we guarantee you will always be with us." The soothing words of Billy because he believed the words of his mother.

Letter of 1 John in the New Testament was written to reveal to Christians about assurance of salvation. Safety assurance it can be yours too if you believe his word - Jey

NOT SUITABLE instinct

Reading: Jude 1:18-20
NATS: you, brethren beloved, build yourselves up in your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit. Keep yourselves in the love of God (Jude 1:20,21)

Paul Gellerman, in his book How People Work, said, "Solving a difficult organizational problem requires a counterintuitive strategy." In business, it is counterintuitive unique ideas that are contrary to the public.
Consultant who suggested this idea merely confirms Jesus' advice. He repeatedly urged his followers to do what is declared righteous by God, not ordered by desire, instinct, and intuition.
Desires said, "I want it." Jesus said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive" (Acts 20:35).

Instinct said, "I'm the main one." Jesus said, "The last person will be earlier and earlier will be last" (Matthew 20:16).
Intuition says, "My feeling would be better if my revenge." Jesus said, "Do your good to those who hate you" (Luke 6:27).
Wanting something does not make it a good thing. Obtain something does not make it worthwhile. And have strong feelings about something does not make it true. As written Jude, those who follow their own desires and instincts will lead others toward conflict and discord (1:18-19).

Another alternative is to be spiritual, that is to say, do what does not come naturally. In fact, need supernatural power that can only be given by God-JAL

YOU CAN TRUST your instincts

IF YOU BELIEVE TO CHRIST

CARDIAC DISORDERS

Reading: Ephesians 2:1-10
NATS: Create in me a clean heart, O God (Psalm 51:12)

What is the most common affliction that bothers people in the United States? Heart problems. Exceed other diseases, these diseases lead to early death.
However, there are even more deadly disease than the non-functioning of the organ that pumps blood throughout our bodies. It is the spiritual heart disease suffered by any person. "All have sinned and come short of God's glory" (Romans 3:23).

This is the diagnosis that Jesus Christ, the greatest cardiac specialists, "From the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, and blasphemy. These things that defile a man" (Matthew 15:19,20).
Echoed his words in Jeremiah 17:9 struggle, "What a cunning heart, more cunning than all things, and his heart was petrified: who can know it?" Diagnosis that includes all people who die in their sins (Ephesians 2:1).
We need a new heart - that we live. But, how did it happen? It requires a touch of restoration of our Lord. God shows His kindness to us in Christ Jesus when He gave His Son to die in our place. He made us live by grace through faith, "That's ... the gift of God" (Ephesians 2:8).

Ask Him that He did spiritual heart transplant - VCG
Calm down now, my heart is fragmented,
At the source of this happy, hold,
Never again been away from the Lord,
In him kaudapatkan all goodness. - Doddridge

WE NEED MORE THAN JUST A NEW BEGINNING

WE NEED A NEW HEART SPIRITUAL HEART

EIGHT COWS AT ALTAR

Reading: Genesis 22:1-12
NATS: God tested Abraham (Genesis 22:1)

Pastor Ed Dobson was preaching to the congregation about the "put everything on the altar" by surrendering fully to Christ. Completed the service, an old German farmer came forward. He told Dobson that he owns eight cows dying. That means a huge financial loss and he struggled to accept it as God's will. Then he said, "Because of your sermon, I can find peace. Tonight I will put all the cows on the altar."

Deity of Christ touches every area of life, relationships, and fears of our lives. If we are willing to submit to Him, all will seem lost in life as an opportunity to give back to God what is rightfully his, and trust Him to provide what we need.
When God told Abraham to sacrifice Isaac, he seems to sabotage the goals and purpose of his own. Isaac is the son of promise through whom God would bless the world. However, Abraham's faith has grown stronger. And even if he was confused, he said, "God himself will provide the lamb for the burnt offering unto him" (Genesis 22:8).

The same thing applies to us. Can we entrust everything to God - possessions, employment, health, our families? If we devote ourselves to Him every day and be grateful for every blessing we receive, our faith in Him will pass all the tests - DJD

EXPENSES inherent

Reading: Psalm 32:1-7
NATS: your problem Commit to the Lord, then He will take care of you! (Psalm 55:23)

Are you exposed fingers super glue or oil paints? You will find that what seems impossible to remove it can be removed with the right solution.
It is so live load. One of the kids I coached send an e-mail and asked me to pray for him. E-mail that reads, "I was not able to get rid of this burden. This is something that I can not submit to God. I am very upset about it. I know that I have to hand it to him and transformed. I really need the power of God to escape from that burden. I realized that God's forgiveness can cleanse me if I wanted to. decided I just need to be willing to let go of that burden. "

I responded, "The joy of the Christian life is to know that God can control whatever we submit to Him .... But at the same time, the Christian life is a huge burden that we - individuals who are weak and without this power - depends the problem that we should submit to God. We all know it is in a condition like this. "
Sin and our concerns, big or small, it seems to rub off on us like super glue. The solution? We must let go of the burden of our hands and put it on the shoulders of God. The Bible says, "Cast khawatirmu to God, He will take care of you!" (Psalm 55:23)
Why do we carry the load attached? - JDB
God understands our cross and burden,
Cases that hurt, our trials and losses,
He ignored every soul cried out,
And wipe their tears, sobbing. - Brandt

WARNING IN THE WORLD

Reading: Proverbs 13:1-14
NATS: Teachings of the wise is a fountain of life, so people avoid the snares of death (Proverbs 13:14)

Geese often come to the Mill Pool in England, where RBC Regional Director, Howard Liverance, live. Looking at it he wrote, "It is a beautiful place ... that is where ducks, geese, and other water birds playing with witty." However, there is a danger in that quiet place. Across one corner of the pond there is a power grid. A number of swans have died from stepping on while walking to the pool.
Howard spoke to many people about this issue and ultimately the power company put up red flags over the network. Now the geese can see the danger and avoid it. Since the installation of red flags, none of the dead swans.

God has already provided a "red flags" to protect ourselves. The Book of Proverbs is a book that contains numerous warnings about evil things and encourages us to seek wisdom. In Proverbs 13:1-14, we will be able to find some "red flags". "Red flag" that includes among others:
o do not ignore discipline and rebuke (paragraph 1);
o keep your mouth (paragraph 3);
o be careful in the pursuit of treasure (verse 7);
o shun dishonesty (verse 11), and
o Do not underestimate the word of God (verse 13).
The Word of God "is the source of life, so that [we] avoid the snares of death" (verse 14) - AMC

NEEDLESS TO CHANGE

Reading: Jeremiah 36:20-26
NATS: All Scripture ... inspired by God (2 Timothy 3:16)

In every era there is always the spirit of the times that challenge our acceptance of the Bible. The temptation is to eliminate or change some parts of the Bible that seem archaic.

Many people feel forced to reject some parts of the Bible, both the doctrine of hell or God's view of sexual behavior. Inevitably, some truths will strike every age.
Centuries ago, a Jewish king was given a scroll containing a message from God. When the document was read aloud, the king take the fight. With a small knife he cut the scroll and threw it into the fire. In the end the whole manuscript was thrown into the fire. The king and his servants who have heard the word of God is "not surprised and not tore his clothes" (Jeremiah 36:24). Finally, the king lost the kingdom because of his disobedience.

If we selectively edit the Bible to conform to our wishes, or ignore his teaching, it shows that we do not fear God. Rather than submit to Him what He said, we put our limited intellect and conscience we can go wrong in the above scripture is inspired by God.

When you are tempted to not pay attention to or ignore part of the word of God, remember: "All scripture is given by inspiration of God ..." (2 Timothy 3:16). The Bible tells us everything we need to know to live a life that pleases Him-HDF

ALWAYS CHANGED THE WORLD

YOU CAN NOT TRUST THE WORD OF GOD IS CHANGING

FLEXIBILITY

Reading: James 4:13-17
NATS: You ought to say, "If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that" (James 4:15)

Over the years, believed to lead several study tours to countries that are in the Bible to be an honor for me. In the months leading up to the lead group of our departure, we follow a series of orientation meetings to prepare for the trip. Schedules, hotel accommodations, contact phone information - all of that can change at any time.

For that reason, our preparation times stressed on the need for flexibility. Willingness to "flow" and adapt to any changes that may be experienced is something valuable. This life has an element of the unexpected, so flexibility is the best response.
James reveals a view of flexibility in his chapter 4. It is wise to plan the future, but we must do so with the recognition that God's plan may be different from our plan. Instead said stiffly, "Today or tomorrow we will go into this city" (verse 13), James actually advised us to surrender to God's leading in our lives. He said, "If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that" (verse 15).

Adventure of following Christ is an adventure that would surrender to His perfect plan - and flexibility helps us to be ready to go, wherever His plan to bring us - WEC
He did not lead me year after year,
Nor are day by day;
But step by step he led,
Directing my path, and take courage. - Ryberg

HUMAN HEART studying at the course,
But the Lord directs his steps - Proverbs 16:9

Grateful

Reading: Colossians 3:12-17 NATS: Everything that you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, all the while giving thanks through him to God the Father (Colossians 3:17)

Please and thank you are some of the first words taught to us. No one is as happy as a parent or grandparent, as a child utter those words for the first time and know the relationships between politely asked for and received with gratitude. But I believe that as we grow older, we are more trained to say "please" instead of "thank you", especially to the heavenly Father. We are more focused on the urgent need rather than what we have received; begged us raise more than a compliment. God is inviting us to come to Him with all our needs, but He also encourages us to familiarize ourselves grateful. In Colossians 3:15, Paul taught to every follower of Jesus Christ, "let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts". And three times he reminds us to be grateful to God, "be thankful" (verse 15); sing with gratitude to the Lord (verse 16): "do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, with thanksgiving by him to God, our Father "(verse 17).

Dr. .. Michael Avery, president of God's Bible School in Cincinnati, Ohio, said, "The scent of a grateful soul honor and Glorify God. Thing gloom was cast out and brings peace to the beautiful and blessed hope. Gratitude encourages generosity." Thank God it was good - DCM

SHOULD AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE THE CONTINUOUS, SOMETIMES NOT
