Grateful

Reading: Colossians 3:12-17 NATS: Everything that you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, all the while giving thanks through him to God the Father (Colossians 3:17)

Please and thank you are some of the first words taught to us. No one is as happy as a parent or grandparent, as a child utter those words for the first time and know the relationships between politely asked for and received with gratitude. But I believe that as we grow older, we are more trained to say "please" instead of "thank you", especially to the heavenly Father. We are more focused on the urgent need rather than what we have received; begged us raise more than a compliment. God is inviting us to come to Him with all our needs, but He also encourages us to familiarize ourselves grateful. In Colossians 3:15, Paul taught to every follower of Jesus Christ, "let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts". And three times he reminds us to be grateful to God, "be thankful" (verse 15); sing with gratitude to the Lord (verse 16): "do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, with thanksgiving by him to God, our Father "(verse 17).

Dr. .. Michael Avery, president of God's Bible School in Cincinnati, Ohio, said, "The scent of a grateful soul honor and Glorify God. Thing gloom was cast out and brings peace to the beautiful and blessed hope. Gratitude encourages generosity." Thank God it was good - DCM

SHOULD AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE THE CONTINUOUS, SOMETIMES NOT
